Russia’s war against Ukraine is impacting the lives of ordinary people who have been forced to flee the war zones, sometimes with no or very limited means of survival.

The regions of our country less directly impacted by the war are now hosting large numbers of internally displaced citizens. Dnipro, as one such place, is currently accommodating refugees from Kharkiv, Kherson, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions.

During the past 3 weeks, we have continued our efforts to provide humanitarian aid to those who are suffering the consequences of the Russian invasion:

Our donations to the local charitable fund “Obiymy mene” have been used to purchase medicines for a children’s intensive care unit that is helping children evacuated from the hot spots.
InText is providing financial support to its freelance partners and their families living in war zones, who have been unable to work or have experienced any other hardships. As an example, we helped the family of our DTP specialist who were evacuated from the temporarily occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region to Dnipro. Another DTP specialist from the formerly occupied Chernihiv region required a new laptop to continue his work, and we managed to help him purchase that equipment.
Our office is open to all our freelance partners who need to move to Dnipro, and we are happy to welcome them here and work together. InText is also continuing to recruit more Ukrainian talent and to cooperate with more freelancers.
We are also helping other refugees to find apartments and new jobs, providing any useful information they require.

In addition, InText is providing financial support for the relocation of team members who have decided or would prefer to relocate from Dnipro region to other areas.

Together we will prevail.
